"Melissa has been a wonderful resource and mentor...Not only has Melissa been a great resource in my career development, but in my personal growth as well. I am so grateful for her, and I know you will be too."

Who am I to help you?

My name is Melissa.

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a certified behaviour analyst with the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, and an authorised continuing education provider through the BACB. I became a BCBA in 2005 after earning my master’s degree at the University of North Texas, and I’ve spent nearly two decades working with diverse populations.

My experience includes supporting children in foster care and their foster parents, individuals in brain injury rehabilitation, and adults with disabilities in home, community, and workplace settings. I’ve also provided ABA services for children in homes and consulted in schools to promote inclusive learning environments.

In addition to my BCBA expertise, I’ve studied Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training (ACT), and I’m passionate about integrating this compassionate, values-driven approach into all of my work. Whether I’m empowering neurodivergent individuals or coaching leaders, my mission is to help people thrive by creating more inclusive, supportive spaces.
