“I liked the peaceful setting and soothing voice. I felt safe to look within. My biggest takeaway was it's ok to reveal my true feelings instead of hidding behind a fake mask to others. I deserve to schedule time for myself to recharge in order to help my family.
I felt tearful to think how long I have neglected my innerself because of putting others first. Realized that was learned from a young age from my mom.."
Sarah H.
"I love how calm, stress-free, easy and enjoyable it was. The power of doodling to gently, yet effectively, explore emotions; the ease and beauty of watercolours and the quality of the questions being asked.
It provided some 💡 moments - especially the failure as fertiliser doodle.."
Hazel
“I learned that I need to be kinder to myself. I really felt inspired to do more heart art... I learned how much easier it is to access my feelings when doing something creative.
I just felt very welcome and it was really easy to follow. It was a gentle introduction.”
It's NOT about the ARTwork.
It's about the HEARTwork!
No ARTISTIC or CREATIVE talent is required. Doodling from the HEART is all about the HEARTwork, not the artwork.
Learn to let go of perfectionism while you explore your creative side, learn about your emotions, and create a more joyful now.

As we engage in this artistic practice, we intentionally slow down our busy minds, creating space for clarity and insight to emerge.

By incorporating art into our journaling, we discover a profound connection between our creativity and our inner-most selves.

“I loved that doing it together and your guidance and visuals, helped my art critic relax.

I learned that insight and healing can be done through fun activities.
It is soothing and non confrontational to explore these things in such a way."
Varsha P
"I enjoyed how you put the emotions into pictorial visual. As this is something I have not thought of before.
I learned that we can use such imagery to sort of traffic our positive and negative emotions and thoughts coming through"
Zenaida T
“Despite the simplicity of the lesson it bought up tons of emotions & feelings. I still have a lot of inner child healing to do. The prompts were really helpful.
I am so grateful for the replays for your classes in general. Gives me "me" time. Let's me nurture my inner child and let's her know it's safe to come out.”
Taming Our Thought Monsters
Our thoughts are coping mechanisms designed to keep us safe and protected. But they often run wild like little monsters causing havoc.
About this lesson:
Overthinking, rumination, and negative intrusive thoughts happen to everyone.

But when they show up and prevent you from doing the things that you enjoy and being close to those you love they become problematic.

This lesson will help us recognise and tame these thoughts. Helping them become a constructive part of our lives and taking the power to prevent joy out of them.
What you can expect:
-
45-60 minute zoom workshop with guided, step-by-step lesson to create your doodles and journaling prompts.
-
Access to the replay (after the workshop)
-
A downloadable mini workbook that gives you everything you need to complete the exercise plus more journaling prompts.
-
Freedom to let those pesky thought monsters be helpful when needed, but tame them when they get in the way

About our Thoughts
We've been taught when you have thoughts, they are probably real.

However, they aren't.

The challenge comes when we get attached to these thoughts and it pulls us in directions that we come to regret.
We regret not taking risks - going for the job, making new friends, doing something we've always wanted to do - because we are worried about failure.
If we let these thoughts dominate, we're only living a fraction of the life that we probably want to have.
This lessons addresses this, and helps you evaluate your thoughts so that you can create the life you want.
